The compressor is in good condition. Previously regularly maintained by Kaeser. The compressor is water cooled ( built-in heat exchanger).
Thanks to the heat exchanger is able to:
* Keep the compressor in a room where the temperature is above + 35C workspace, because there is no air-cooling.
* Compressor work expended energy recovered and reused for other purposes, in which hot water is needed. As water heaters, washing facilities, showers, heating, etc. Energy restoration compressor oil circuit significantly reduce costs on heating water. Since Kaeser compressor cooling air exiting the heat exchanger, the compressor energy savings should be higher than the stand-alone compressor heat exchangers.
